We put our heart into every candle, but if something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right.

We Accept:

1. Replacements for items damaged during delivery
2. Refunds only in the case of out-of-stock products or major delivery issues

To qualify:

1. Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the item
2. Send us clear photos or videos of the damage (unboxing video highly recommended)
3. Keep all original packaging intact for verification

Once verified, we will:

1. Replace your item free of cost, or
2. Offer a refund via Bkash/Nagad within 3–5 business days

🚫 Used, burned, or altered candles are not eligible for return or refund.
