We put our heart into every candle, but if something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right.
We Accept:
- Replacements for items damaged during delivery
- Refunds only in the case of out-of-stock products or major delivery issues
To qualify:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the item
- Send us clear photos or videos of the damage (unboxing video highly recommended)
- Keep all original packaging intact for verification
Once verified, we will:
- Replace your item free of cost, or
- Offer a refund via Bkash/Nagad within 3–5 business days
🚫 Used, burned, or altered candles are not eligible for return or refund.
